Maintain radio silence
Today the office officially disappears, which means that I'm officially out of work, and thereby out of easy internet access. I'd say that I'm looking forward to having a little time off, but I'd be lying.
The next few days are going to be spent getting plans, payments, and people in order before I leave for my brother's wedding in Wyoming on Monday. I'll be there till the end of the month, then I'll make my way back here with a short stop in Seattle.
The good news is that I've got some good employment prospects lined up after that. It's not work that I'm thrilled about, but if all goes according to plan I'll be able to pay my bills and drag myself out of the starving student demographic for the first time, well, ever.
With all the changes going on, I can't say where I'll be after June, and that's a little scary. I keep telling myself that I'm ready for some changes anyway, but these kind of changes weren't exactly what I had in mind...

In other news, I'm looking at amps again. The three main contenders at this moment are a THD Univalve, a Fender Deluxe Reverb reissue (or a Silverface original, if I can find one), or a clone of a Fender 5E3 Deluxe. Not that I have the money, mind you, but I'm still looking. And it'd be kind of fun to build a clone from bits and pieces.
